How a Power BI project runs
It starts with a short discovery call to agree on the decisions the dashboards must support. I then define the KPIs with you, build the data model (usually a star schema on top of SQL Server, SAP HANA or an existing warehouse), write and document the DAX measures, design the report pages, and publish to Power BI Service with row-level security and scheduled refresh. Hand-over includes training for the people who will maintain it.

How long does a Power BI dashboard project take?
A single-department dashboard on clean data typically takes two to four weeks, including data modelling and hand-over. Multi-source projects that need a warehouse first take longer, and I scope that before we start.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. I am based in Amman and work on-site in Jordan, and remotely with clients across Iraq, Egypt and the GCC.
Can you fix an existing Power BI report instead of rebuilding it?
Usually yes. I start with an audit of the data model, measures and refresh setup, then fix the root causes rather than rebuilding for its own sake.
